This section used to contain listings of licensing agents and manufacturers looking for new products.
However, with the consolidation of the toys-and-games industry, there simply aren't many licensing agents around anymore — and those few who are still in the business are trying to work outside the markets they know. Consequently they're finding very few inventions worth their while to take on (unless you pay them to "learn" your market) — and most have started charging front-end "evaluation" fees to make up some of their lost revenue.
Likewise there are no manufacturers looking for new products. Many manufacturers are still open to inventions from the outside — but they're certainly not looking for them. See the article, New Product Licensing , for a better understanding of what they're open to and your options for finding and approaching them.
